* The Sunday Before Advent uses the Collect, Epistle and Gospel of Trinity 25. Where there are more Sundays than Trinity 24, the appointed collect and readings of those Sundays after Epiphany, which were omitted, are to be used.
* Traditionally the Transfiguration was celebrated on the 2nd Sunday in Lent, but is often now celebrated on the Last Sunday after Epiphany, the Sunday before Ash Wednesday, or as a special Holy Day on August 6. Transfiguration readings may be used for this Sunday as set for The Last Sunday after Epiphany, or the set readings for the next Sunday in the series of readings after Epiphany.
* The Baptism of our Lord, when celebrated, is held on Sunday/Epiphany 1.
* The Reign of Christ / Christ the King is celebrated on the last Sunday of the church year
* In the BPC, the 25th Sunday after Trinity, not being the last Sunday after Trinity, uses the Collect, Epistle and Gospel for the 6th Sunday after Epiphany.
Some Holy Days are moved to suit the season while others have alternate celebration days. Matthias: Feb. 24 or May 14. Mark: April 25 or 26. Philip and James: May 1 or 3. Thomas: Dec. 21 or July 3. Stephen: Dec. 26 or Aug. 3. John: Dec. 27 or May 6. Holy Innocents: Dec 28 or Feb 17.
Ordinary Sundays are titled according to An Australian Prayer Book, 1978, while Proper and After Pentecost by A Prayer Book for Australia, 1995.
Lesser Holy Days may be moved to Monday when they fall on a Sunday.
Other Holy Days: The Visitation, May 31; Thanksgiving for the Holy Communion, June 15; Martyrs of New Guinea; September 2; All Souls, November 2.
Andrew, Apostle and martyr, normally remembered on November 30, but moved if a Sunday.
Mark is usually remembered on April 25, but moved if a Sunday
The Conversion of Paul is usually celebrated on January 25, but is moved if a Sunday.
