Sunday: Ordinary 15C, Proper 10C

Faithfulness

Sentence
Do to others as you would have them do to you. Love your enemies, do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return. Luke 6:31, 35

Collects
Lord of all power and might, the author and giver of all good things, graft in our hearts the love of your Name, increase in us true religion, nourish us with all goodness, and so by your mercy keep us, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen. BCP. Trinity 7

Let us pray [that the gospel may be our rule of life.]
God our Father, your light of truth guides us in the way of Christ. May all who follow him reject what is contrary to the gospel. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. AAPB

Eternal God, you have taught us through Christ that love is the fulfilment of the law: help us to love you with all our heart, with all our soul, with all our mind, and with all our strength, and our neighbor as ourself; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen. APBA
